This is an elegant rose with understated lemon peel. Strawberry wafts out of the glass, and white peach and chamomile flowers are left on the palate. Refreshing and outgoing, we’re thrilled with how vibrant this wine is showing right out of the gates. + From a biodynamically farmed + certified organic vineyard in Potter Valley. + Whole cluster pressed immediately upon arrival. Only the first press cut was used in this cuvée to preserve its delicate nature. + Fermented and aged in all stainless steel. + Bottled February 23, 2023
