Subscription & Cancellation Policy

By continuing with your payment, you agree that any subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency listed on this page until it ends or you cancel. 

SKIPPING or DELAYING A SHIPMENT

Customers have the flexibility to delay their shipments by 1 or 2 months whenever they need. However, please note that a maximum of three (3) delays is allowed before a shipment must be processed. This ensures the sustainability of our business model, and that you continue to enjoy our curated selections without long interruptions.

CANCELLATIONS

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, or a pre-payment gift. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to change your subscription, you may do so at any time. If you do not wish to renew a subscription you may cancel at any time, unless applying any 50% promotion which requires an additional shipment following code expiration before allowable cancellation

As a small business, we're thrilled to offer special discount codes to our first-time customers as a warm welcome. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that these discounts are a one-time courtesy reserved for customers who intend on becoming recurring subscribers. Regular pricing on future orders helps us sustain our business and continue providing you with the best products and services.

If a 50% discount code is used, and you wish to cancel before your additional shipment requirement, Wags & Wine will process a discount reversal and cancel your subscription immediately (ex: If any initial subscription is purchased with a $29.99 discount on the first box, a charge for $29.99 will be processed should you wish to cancel before your second shipment).

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT

If you are trying to manage your subscription, and receive a Shopify error that no email address is recognized, you did not yet create an account. After placing your first order you received an email titled "REQUIRED! Customer Account Activation, PLEASE READ". If you activated your email address through the link in that email, you can select "Forgot your password?" on the login page and create a password. If you did not activate it, you must "Create an Account" from the account login page.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. If the order has been fulfilled, then you are not able cancel the order, but depending on the circumstance, you can request a partial refund, although it made not be honored.
