UPS will not deliver without a signature. Someone 21 or older must be available at the shipping address to accept the package. Please do not ship to an address that either you or someone else will not be available at.

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If all 3 delivery attempts are missed by the receiver, the package will be sent back to us. This will incur an automatic return to sender shipping fee, plus the cost to reship. Please be sure to TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.
