The 5 days of skin contact impart a copper hue, reminiscent of Italian Ramato. The taste is uniquely its own, landing somewhere between an orange wine and a rosé.  Fun and fresh, with lingering savory notes. Best enjoyed in 2024.
The palate leaves no doubt about its maceration time with the skins, as it has a particular body and intensity, with present acidity. Some notes of bitter herbs and intense flavors that will be accentuated the colder it is served.
