The Cricket And The Ant is made from 100% Roditis and the grapes come from the privately owned vineyards of the family which have been grown organically since 2001. Retsina is a traditional style of Greek wine in which the addition of pine resin creates a fresh and fruity white wine with aromas of fresh pine. Look for citrus fruits, peach, eucalyptus, mint, thyme, and rosemary. Pair it with fried cod with garlic or chicken with green olives, lemon, and dill.
