- Tasting Notes: Enticing aromatics of rose petal and citrus merge with white peach and tropical fruit, foretelling of the delicious flavors to follow. A silky entry quickly flows into vibrant acidity that lingers into the finish. The palate is bathed in the bright essence of Pomelo, lime zest and mandarin with a tinge of white floral. As the wine approaches the finish, layers of cherry, wild strawberry and white nectarine appear, along with traces of allspice and clove. So delicious and refreshing, this full-flavored Rosé is perfect for warm-weather gatherings, yet is equally welcome in front of a cozy fire. .

This Provence-style Rosé shares subtle yet enticing and this wine does not disappoint. Coming from Northern California, just north of the San Francisco Bay, where we spend part of our time. Wags and Wine’s other location is Tampa Bay, another wonderful bay city across the country. The Bay to Bay Rosé reflects that people from coast-to-coast share and toast with wine, especially rosé. We trust you’ll love this wine as much as we loved making it for you.
Bay to Bay Rosé is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in Pauli Ranch, in Mendocino County. We feel lucky our winemaker was able to source grapes from the Pauli Ranch Vineyard, which has been growing superb Italian varietal grapes like Sangiovese for decades. To make a bright, crisp Rosé, we picked the grapes earlier than we would if we were making a red Sangiovese. Even so, the depth of the Sangiovese grapes shines through in the inviting pale coral hue and hint of structure on the palate
