Russian River Valley is one of the top Pinot Noir growing regions in the world. The valley’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean provides natural air conditioning with evening fog that wends up the river, spilling over its bank to spread fog across the surrounding vineyards. The fog cools the grapes after a hot summer’s day, which allows the grapes more time to ripen. Longer hang-time means deeper, more complex flavors, making this the perfect location to grow this beloved grape. We’re thrilled to be able to offer a Pinot that reflects the qualities that have made this region nirvana for Pinot lovers.
