Premium Gift Box

Premium boxes are designed for the "Loyal Enthusiast". Wine lovers who value affordable luxury and exclusivity focusing on exceptional producers, hand crafted wines, and give their dogs treats and chews often. The wines are curated to support boutique / small producers. These products are made with integrity and likely not readily available geographically. Always healthy, limited ingredient, dog products.

Premium boxes have 3 options: the Mixed Box, one white wine and one red wine, the Blush Box, one white wine and one rosé wine -or- the Red Box, two red wines. All boxes come with healthy dog products!

Good but no gift message?

I sent one as a gift for friends with a new pup. When I was placing the order I didn't see a spot for a "message" to the recipient - maybe I missed it? They really enjoyed everything that came in the box; however, they were initially confused who it was from (as I had anticipated). Since I knew it was being delivered I knew to check in if I didn't hear anything - they ended up reaching out to me first though - knowing it is something I would send they asked if it was from me since they didn't see a note.

Maybe I missed the spot to write a message - but if not, it seems like something that should be included considering there is a "gift" option.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad your gift recipient enjoyed their box. Yes, after a gift box is added to your cart, there is a button to 'Add Gift Details' that pops up. Here, on the Cart page (before final checkout), there are several things that can (and should!) be inputted. The gift recipient's name, email, and a message, plus the option to delay the gift email to a certain date of your choosing. It is actually essential that these are filled out so that the gift recipient knows a gift is coming, and they receive shipping confirmation emails as well, as the box needs to be signed for by someone 21 or older due to the alcohol. The gift email is where the gift recipient is told who the package is from and the message behind it :) We appreciate your business and hope to see you back in the future!

Can I change my billing date?

At this time, we cannot change the billing. All subscriptions have a billing date of the 1st of the month, and all orders will be shipped either the first or second Monday of the month, depending on when we receive the goods and get the boxes packed.

Why do you charge for shipping?

We know paying for shipping sucks, but wine is HEAVY, and costs much more to ship than your average box. While we could have hidden the cost of shipping in the price of the box, like many companies do with their products, and offer free shipping – we didn’t think the value of the box was accurately portrayed. We are doing our best to get shipping costs down, so please bear with us while we navigate this. We hope to offer lower shipping costs as we continue to grow! Depending on your location, we offer UPS Flat Rate Ground of either $10, $12, $15 or $20, and 25% off 2 day and 3 day. Additionally, by law, wine must be purchased, and signed for at the time of delivery, by a person at least 21 years of age.

What is UPS My Choice®?

UPS My Choice® is FREE and gives you the ability manage all of your deliveries more easily. If you sign up for UPS My Choice® with the same email and address as your Wags & Wine shipping address, you will receive live updates on your package and when it will be delivered, sometimes within a 2 hour estimated window!

What wines will I receive?

Wags & Wine will be curating new wines every month and adding them to our Cellar. With our original subscription model, we choose the wines for you each month. We feel that being surprised with great wine is half the fun! If there is something you are absolutely opposed to receiving, please put it in the “notes” box upon checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. If choosing your own wines is a must for you, please help yourself to building your own box!
