Gift Classic Box

Classic boxes are designed for the "Engaged Explorer". Wine lovers who prefer the value of every day wines, enjoy trying many different wines, and give their dogs the occasional treat or chew. The wines will range from small to medium production, and will vary between domestic and imports. Always healthy, limited ingredient, dog products.

Classic boxes have 2 options: the Mixed Box, one white wine and one red wine -or- the Red Box, two red wines. All boxes come with healthy dog products!

2 bottles of wine, 1 bag of dog treats (or non-consumable dog product), and the occasional extra chew or goodie.

Details

Classic wines will typically retail between $15-$30 each. Those looking for only 1-2 monthly dog
goodies. Retail savings of 14-20%.

Pausing a subscription

We understand that sometimes subscriptions need to be put on hold due to travel, needing a break or just life! Customers may pause their subscription at any time under their Account. Once the Pause period ends, the subscription will revert to regular billing, in accordance with whichever subscription plan was last active.

When will my account be charged?

All initial subscriptions require payment upon sign up, and all renewals will be billed on the 1st of the month. Email reminders are always sent prior to billing.

When will I receive my box?

At this time, we are only shipping boxes once per month. More often than not, boxes ship the 2nd Monday of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your box has shipped. We plan to increase shipping frequency in the near future.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes! Wine requires a 21+ signature upon delivery. We encourage all customers to join UPS My Choice® free to manage all your inbound and shipments from one dashboard.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Nope! You may cancel any time. However, if you have prepaid for a multi-month subscription that you do not wish to continue, we do not offer refunds.
