Items that are generally appropriate for dogs weighing over 75 lbs (toys, bones, treats) usually have a higher cost.

As a result, we cannot include these items in the standard box at the same price. If you have an Extra Large dog, we recommend our Build Your Own Box subscription.

Good wine!

I loved the red wine. Have not tried the rose yet.

I always love the different wines (even though I’ve gotten mostly Italian wine- not necessarily a complaint just a comment) HOWEVER in my last box I got the card describing the dog treats and it stated I received a duck foot but what was in the box was definitely not a foot and one of my dogs has allergies so not knowing what it was exactly was concerning, luckily my other dog can eat whatever it is without any reactions but just something I thought y’all might want to know, otherwise- 5 stars

Frequently asked questions

Pausing a subscription
We understand that sometimes subscriptions need to be put on hold due to travel, needing a break or just life! Customers may pause their subscription at any time under their Account. Once the Pause period ends, the subscription will revert to regular billing, in accordance with whichever subscription plan was last active.

When will my account be charged?
All initial subscriptions require payment upon sign up, and all renewals will be billed on the 1st of the month. Email reminders are always sent prior to billing.

When will I receive my box?
At this time, we are only shipping boxes once per month. More often than not, boxes ship the 2nd Monday of the month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your box has shipped. We plan to increase shipping frequency in the near future.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes! Wine requires a 21+ signature upon delivery. We encourage all customers to join UPS My Choice® free to manage all your inbound and shipments from one dashboard.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Nope! You may cancel any time. However, if you have prepaid for a multi-month subscription that you do not wish to continue, we do not offer refunds.
