Wine Specs
- Body: Medium
- Sweetness: Dry, fruit forward
- Alcohol: 14.5%
- Varietals: Pinot Noir
- Region: California, Sonoma Coast
- Practices: Sustainable
- Tasting Notes: This fruit has been very consistent year after year, with deep color, and a densely–packed dark fruit character of cherry and plum, along with a touch of cranberry. There’s a mineral note, and just a hint of nutmeg to make it all the more interesting. This wine is smooth and rich on the palate from front to back. This is a great candidate for pairing with dishes featuring the leafy, forest-floor character of seasonal mushrooms.
