About the Wine

Reminiscent of Cru Beaujolais, this is floral, dainty and bright with rose petal, raspberry, and red currant notes dominating the nose and palate. This was fermented with native yeasts in concrete and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

About the Brand

In 2002, Benoît, who just graduated from the Beaune wine school, fulfills his dream : to create a wine estate in the South of Ardèche where he is certain that the region has great potential : its burning sun, its fresh nights, its wild landscapes, its limestone soils that smell of scrubland, humus, truffles....! With his wife Florence, they practice an organic and biodynamic viticulture that preserves the environment and lets the terroir express itself. They are perpetually in search, in the vineyard of more alive soils and in the cellar of purer wines.
