Subscription Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your subscription box. Please note that all sales are final once order is confirmed. Wags & Wine’s is a  monthly subscription box of consumable goods. By purchasing, you have agreed to entrust us with providing you, the Customer, with great wines and healthy dog products that we have hand selected.  If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription box, please see below for more information.

Wags & Wine obtains the monthly products for our boxes in the exact quantity of our subscriber count.

  • All recurring subscription orders are processed on the 1st of the month. Once a recurring subscription order is processed, it is unable to be cancelled or refunded.
  • Because the contents of our boxes change monthly, and we cannot reuse any of the products in our boxes, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for a missed delivery that is sent back to us.  
  • If you have missed your package for any reason, and it is returned to us,  the cost of shipping the box back to us (from UPS) and back to the customer a second time falls on the customer.   
  • Please do not ship any items back to us, as we do not process the return of any complete Wags & Wine boxes, nor individual items.
  • The customer will incur a $25 return/restocking fee, plus the cost to re-ship, if the box is returned to us and reshipped a second time.
  • Please track your package and ensure someone is able to accept and sign for the package to avoid additional charges.
  • Shipping charges are never, under any circumstances, refundable.

If something doesn’t work for your dog or you, connect with the Wags & Wine team at  info@wagsandwine.com so we can make it right and ensure you and your pup are happy. We ask that   you share any unwanted items with a human friend, a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter.

SKIPPING A SHIPMENT

Customers have the flexibility to skip a shipment whenever they need. However, please note that a maximum of three (3) skips is allowed before a shipment must be processed. This ensures that you continue to enjoy our curated selections without long interruptions.

CANCELLATIONS

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, or a pre-payment gift. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to change your subscription, you may do so at any time. If you do not wish to renew a subscription you may cancel at any time, unless applying any 50% promotion which requires an additional shipment following code expiration before allowable cancellation. If a 50% discount code is used, and you wish to cancel before your additional shipment requirement, Wags & Wine will process a discount reversal and cancel your subscription immediately (ex: If any initial subscription is purchased with a $29.99 discount on the first box, a charge for $29.99 will be processed should you wish to cancel before your second shipment).

If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund, although it made not be honored.
