RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your subscription box. Wags & Wine’s is a monthly subscription box of consumable goods. By purchasing, you have agreed to entrust us with providing you, the Customer, with great wines and healthy dog products that we have hand selected. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription box, please see below for more information.
Wags & Wine obtains the monthly products for our boxes in the exact quantity of our subscriber count.
- Because the contents of our boxes change monthly, and we cannot reuse any of the products in our boxes, we do not offer returns or refunds.
- No refunds or credits will be given for a missed delivery that is sent back to us.
- If you have missed your package for any reason, and it is returned to us, the cost of shipping the box back to us (from UPS) and back to the customer a second time falls on the customer.
- Please do not ship any items back to us, as we do not process the return of any complete Wags & Wine boxes, nor individual items.
- The customer will incur a $15 return/restocking fee, plus the cost to re-ship, if the box is returned to us and reshipped a second time.
- This is why we stress to TRACK your package and ensure someone is able to accept and sign for the package to avoid additional charges.
- Shipping charges are never, under any circumstances, refundable.
