Step 1: Choose your Box

Click on the 'Subscribe' header at the top of the page and choose one of our Premium or Classic box options. See our Pricing page for more information on each option.

Step 2: Choose your frequency

Choose between 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription. The longer the subscription, the bigger the monthly discount!

1 month (month-to-month) subscribers may Pause or Skip a month any time. 3, 6 and 12 month subscribers may Pause or Skip after the subscription length has been fulfilled. This also goes for cancellation requests. See below for more information on Pausing, Skipping and Canceling.

Note: Once a subscription length has been fulfilled (i.e. 3 months of boxes have been sent for a 3 month subscription), if the customer does not Pause or Skip during the month before the next renewal, the subscription will renew for the same subscription length (i.e. 3 months again).

That's it! You're a #DWINO. Now you wait for your Wags & Wine box to arrive, and that’s the hardest part! After that, its time to Slobber. Sip. Snuggle

Note: Active subscriptions will auto-renew on the 1st of each month, unless pre-paid in full at the time of sign-up. Boxes will ship once per month, around on the 1st or 2nd Monday of the month. If you live in an extreme hot or extreme cold climate during any given month, you will have the option to upgrade to faster shipping.

If shipping to a location above 75° or below 30° (outside of CA, ID, NM, NV, or OR), please consider upgrading your shipping speed. Wine heat damage is REAL and can taint the flavor, or even ruin the wine. Wags & Wine will include 1 cold pack in your box in summer months, but is not responsible for damaged products due to extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Pause, Skip or Cancel

Pausing a subscription: We understand that sometimes subscriptions need to be put on hold due to travel, needing a break or just life! Customers may Pause their subscription for a minimum of 1 month or a maximum of 3 months up to two (2) times per year. During the Pause period, you will be charged a $15 monthly Pause Fee on the regular payment date (the 1st of each month). Once the Pause period ends, the subscription will revert to regular billing, in accordance with whichever subscription plan was last active.

Skipping a Month: Need a break in between shipments? This is where our 1 month Skip options come in! You may skip your subscription for 1 month at a time, up to 4 (four) times per year. When the Skip button is selected, a $10 skip fee will be charged at the time of skipping. Skipping is not meant to be a long term solution. If a longer term option is needed, please consider Pausing, Canceling, or reaching out to us for assistance.

Canceling a subscription:
1 Month Subscriptions: Customers who have chosen the 1 month (or month-to-month) subscriptions may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Once a subscription has been renewed on the regular billing date (the 1st of the month), that month is unable to be canceled under any circumstances.
3 Month Subscriptions: Customers who have chosen the 3 month subscription option may cancel after each 3 month increment in shipments. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for early cancellations if a customer's 3 month subscription length has not been completed.
6 Month Subscriptions: Customers who have chosen the 6 month subscription option may cancel after each 6 month increment in shipments. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for early cancellations if a customer's 6 month subscription length has not been completed. If the full length of the subscription was prepaid during the time of sign up, the remaining months in the subscription will be refunded, less the cancellation fee.
12 Month Subscriptions: Customers who have chosen the 12 month subscription option may cancel after each 12 month increment in shipments. A $100 cancellation fee will apply for early cancellations if a customer's 12 month subscription length has not been completed. If the full length of the subscription was prepaid during the time of sign up, the remaining months in the subscription will be refunded, less the cancellation fee.

Classic boxes v. premium boxes

As often as possible, Classic boxes will feature small to medium sized wineries that also focus on no hidden chemicals or ADDITIVES and sustainability. This is always a  harder task to achieve with imports. 

Our Premium boxes are our original mission boxes. These will always be DOMESTIC WINES, SUPPORTING SMALL PRODUCTION WINERIES THAT. As often as possible, we will choose sustainable wineries with organic practices, and no hidden CHEMICALS OR ADDITIVES.

Both boxes will always include clean dog products with limited ingredients and no hidden nasties!

HOW IT WORKS

At WAGS & WINE, we research and hand select all wine and dog products for our boxes. We have tasted and selected wines we believe will suit a variety of palates. 

What makes us UNIQUE? Aside from being the first and only wine subscription box for you and your dog, every month will be different! Each month will feature a different winery and a different dog brand. This way, you and your dog’s taste buds will never get bored!

Each month, we have chosen a different winery to provide us with  1 white wine, 1 rosÉ (if the winery produces one) and 1 red wine for our boxes   (If you choose the 2 reds option, you will receive 2 bottles of the same red wine). If you choose the white and rosÉ option (the blush box), and the winery does not offer a rosÉ, you will receive 2 bottles of the same white wine.

Note: In the future, we hope to give the option for choosing different varietals. Until then, we appreciate your trust in us to provide quality centric wines with unique style.

When it comes to dog treats and products, you’ve got a lot of options. Some offer great taste, some offer nutrition, some offer health benefits. We strive to offer all three. We source from companies that share our high standards for quality and health consciousness. If your dog is consuming it or using it, you should feel good about what’s in it.
